"Breathe" was the first workshop of our second year. The goal of the project was to quickly create something using a technology that we had never used before, namely Virtual Reality.

The project

The project has specific criteria: the game needs to be an escape room designed for team building, with an ecological theme in virtual reality.

We developed a game for four players, where one player is in the VR space and the others are in a separate room. Their mission is to revive the last tree on Earth, and they must work together to succeed. Each room has a different theme: one for biology, one for information technology, one for plumbing, and the last room features a central sphere where the tree is located.

My role

I worked on this project as the producer and Lead Game Designer. I talked a lot with artist and it was a great exercise. It was the first time was a producer on a big project like that. We succeed to do all objectives we had fixed.
